Balcıoğlu Selçuk Akman Keki Attorney Partnership (“BASEAK”) advised Taxim Capital on Besifarma İlaç A.Ş.’s (“Besifarma”) investment in Alke Sağlık Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Alke”).

Alke is a producer of veterinary medical products, established in 1995, with the biggest veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturing complex established in 2011 in Turkey in Tokat province which is placed on 9,000 m2 closed area and currently have 40,000,000 unit per year production capacity that exhibits total conformance with EU-GMP standards and distribution network in different places around the world, including European Union, Middle East and Turkic Republics.

Partner Müfit Arapoğlu led the transaction with Counsel Selahattin Kaya and Associate Fulya Görer while Partner Şahin Ardıyok along with Counsel Evren Sesli and Associate Armanc Canbeyli led the competition law clearance process.
