The transaction value was approximately US$7 million, while approximately US$5 million was invested directly in the company and approximately US$2 million was used to purchase shares from existing shareholders. Actera, NFX, Kaan Günay, Kristian Segerstrale and Alexis Bonte participated in the investment round. 

Partner Selahattin Kaya led the transaction with associates Denizhan Uslu and Bener Kadir Mızrak. The project team advised ACE Games throughout the transaction until the successful closing. ACE Games is a mobile gaming company whose vision is to make games that are played by everyone around the world.
