Our partner Dr. Selim Keki has co-authored the Turkish chapter of the highly reputable book "Vertragsverhandlung und Vertragsmanagement", edited by Prof. Dr. Benno Heussen and Dr. Gerhard Pischel. The book provides lawyers with the optimal tools for negotiating and preparing contracts in Germany and other jurisdictions.

The authors have developed a basic standardized scheme, suitable for all conceivable contract constellations, in order to ensure an optimally structured contract in five simple steps:
