We are pleased to announce that our firm will contribute to Bahçeşehir University’s certification program for compliance officers and legal professionals. Launched by BASEAK’s initiative, the program aims to provide a formation for compliance officers across sectors. The program is prepared based on legal and regulatory issues that legal professionals face daily. Accordingly, we will cover a wide range of issues including white collar irregularities, bribery, international sanctions, competition law, energy, product regulation, ESG, and internal investigations. The line-up of speakers includes various compliance professionals with academic backgrounds and field experience. Legal counsels and, compliance officers of local and international clients along with some renowned academicians and technical experts from Europe and the US will take part in the program. We completed the program’s first term in March and obtained widely positive feedback. Accordingly, we will be renewing for another term. The program will be spread over eight weeks on Saturdays between 22.10.2022 - 17.12.2022. Participants will receive a certificate issued by Bahçeşehir University.
