As Mediazz has recently acquired the majority shares of Maçkolik and 100% shares of Onedio, Mediazz gathered important media, sports and entertainment organizations under a single roof by acquiring Mynet Internet’s media and web games operations.

Partner Selahattin Kaya led the transaction with partner Okan Arıcan and associates Müge Atalay and Orkun Usta. The project team advised Mynet Internet, as the seller’s legal counsel, throughout the transaction by drafting and negotiating the transaction documents including but not limited to the share purchase agreement and holding a successful closing.
