BASEAK advised Hedef Araç Kiralama ve Servis Anonim Şirketi (“Hedef Filo”), on its acquisition of 100% of the shares of Letgo Mobil İnternet Servisleri ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Letgo”), a company focusing on the sale of second-hand vehicles under its Otoplus business and sale of second-hand goods under its classifieds business, and its fully owned subsidiary Letgo Services B.V.

The transaction was led by Corporate Partner Selahattin Kaya with support from associate Bener Kadir Mızrak. The project team was supported by Competition Partner Şahin Ardıyok, senior associate Armanç Canbeyli and associate Furkan Kaya for the competition aspects of the transaction.

The project team advised Hedef Filo throughout the transaction starting from the due diligence process to a successful closing, including the drafting and negotiation of the share purchase agreement and other transaction documents and obtaining the competition clearances.
