BASEAK Counsel Dr. Y. Sertaç Serter and Associate Furkan Kaya, have examined the Transparency International's Corruption Perceptions Index. 

Published by the Transparency International, the 2023 Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) ranks 180 countries and territories around the globe by their perceived levels of public sector corruption. The research analyzed Turkey's current situation in terms of anti-corruption efforts and concluded with recommendations within the scope of fighting corruption by 2023.
