On 12 May 2026, our Counsel Ömer Faruk Çelik and Associate Bekir Aksarı delivered a presentation on the issues raised by the Statute of Limitations in Competition Law through the Analysis of Competition Board and Court Decisions, at the Applied Competition Law Seminars organized by Istanbul Bilgi University. The session focused on the eight-year statute of limitations that the Turkish Competition Authority ("TCA") applies in its investigations of competition law infringements and in its review of merger and acquisition transactions.
