On 6 May, BASEAK Managing Partner Barlas Balcıoğlu and Partner Mark Skilling and Dentons Partners Jean-Christophe Honlet, Michelle Bradfield and Ian McGrath discussed international arbitration issues relevant to Turkish companies at the half-day seminar titled ''How to win – or lose – your international arbitration”.

Following the introduction speech by Barlas Balcıoğlu, Honlet spoke about international arbitration DOs and DONTs, Bradfield shared her insights on investment treaty arbitration” and Mark Skilling and Ian McGrath provided an outlook on international arbitration from a Turkish and regional perspective.

The audience of approximately 50 guests included the CEOs, general managers and senior legal counsels of multinational and Turkish clients. Presentations were followed by a Q&A session and the seminar was capped off with lunch.
