BASEAK advises the leading Turkish sanitary products manufacturer on the joint venture partnership with Ideal Standard, the multinational sanitary products company.

The Turkish family-run firm is established in 1965 and manufactures ceramic sanitary products and other bathroom equipment in seven different production facilities and distributes and exports these products worldwide.

Ideal Standard is a multinational company headquartered in Belgium, specializing in bathroom and wellness solutions, producing bathroom furnishings and fixtures for both residential and commercial buildings. Ideal Standard is also known by its international brands Jado and Armitage Shanks.

The joint venture company, Ideal Standard Yapı Malzemeleri AŞ, will sell and distribute sanitary products, licensed by both the Client and Ideal Standard, in Turkey and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
