Burcu Boso is a Turkish law qualified partner who specializes in banking and finance transactions, in particular project and acquisition finance, refinancing, real estate and corporate financing, commodity finance, ship finance, restructurings, syndicated lending and Islamic finance.

Burcu has extensive experience in representing banks, financial institutions, sponsors and other transaction parties in local and international banking and finance transactions and representing banks and financial institutions on bank regulatory matters. Burcu has a particular focus on Turkish foreign exchange regulations and the structuring of funding methods. Burcu is a graduate of Galatasaray University Faculty of Law (LLB, 2003 and LLM, 2006 in Private Law). She continues her doctoral studies at Galatasaray University.
