We are happy to announce that BASEAK successfully advised Magic Games, an Istanbul-based mobile gaming company, on its USD 5 million seed stage investment round. 

Makers Fund led the funding round, with Hummingbird Ventures’ Managing Partner, Fırat İleri participating. Magic Games is working on its as of yet untitled first game that is going to be a social game with a match-3 core. 

Magic Games’s founding members include former members of Peak Games, acquired by Zynga in 2020, which was also supported by BASEAK legal team.

Our project team supported Magic Games throughout the transaction until the successful closing.

The transaction was led by Corporate Partner Selahattin Kaya with support from associate Dilruba Güldoğan.
