Sönmez Trafo conducts, in and out of the Republic of Turkey, manufacturing, import and export, development, assembly, engineering, and maintenance services in respect of the foregoing products. Our client, PCS Holding AG (“PCS Holding”), is a company which acts as a long-term oriented and committed shareholder that actively supports the development of its portfolio companies through targeted investments and board representation to maintain a sustainable economic and social value for each individual company and its stakeholder. Through this acquisition, Sönmez Trafo and PCS Holding aim to establish a globally well-known partnership and a strong market player in a niche area of electrification.
