Ms. Elif Türkan Dinçer is an attorney-at-law, trademark and patent attorney, and certified mediator in Turkey with more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property law. She focuses on IP prosecution and litigation, including trademark, industrial design, copyright, geographical indications, and plant variety matters. 
She advises clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious issues, especially on employee inventions, consumer law, advertisement law, contract law, competition law, and regulatory issues regarding privacy and data protection. Her clients include leading companies in industries such as luxury goods, FMCG and life sciences.
