İlker Fatih Kıl, who has been promoted to Counsel at the Firm’s Competition and Anti-Trust Practice Group, is specialized in regulations, compliance, e-commerce and product safety matters. He has a particular focus on energy market regulations, public procurement law, administrative law, contract law and customer protection law. İlker participated several energy market regulations working groups as to the energy market regulations and is actively involved in the related codifications. He serves as an expert in courts in cases related to public tenders and energy law for years. He has been with our Firm since 2018.

Safa Cenanoğlu, who has been promoted to Counsel at the Firm’s IP, Data & Technology Practice Group, focuses on TMT matters, advising foreign companies and entrepreneurs with technology services and product launches in Türkiye, also with a focus on day-to-day support and compliance projects for IoT, cybersecurity, cloud services, e-commerce, software, entertainment and media companies on sector-specific and high-tech issues. Safa also focuses on corporate governance and employment matters and provides legal consultancy services in relation to resolving, negotiating, and litigating regulatory, commercial and IT disputes. He has been with our Firm since 2018.
