İlker Fatih Kıl is a Counsel who specializes in regulations, compliance, e-commerce and product safety matters. His regulatory practice also covers broadcasting, transportation, food, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, environment, etc. Having worked at Energy Market Regulatory Authority as an energy expert, İlker has extensive experience in energy market, administrative sanctions and relationship with the administrative agencies.

İlker has a particular focus on energy market regulations, public procurement law, administrative law, contract law and customer protection law. İlker participated several energy market regulation working groups as to the energy market regulations and actively involved to the related codifications. He serves as an expert in courts in cases related to public tenders and energy law for years. İlker is a graduate of Ankara University, Faculty of Law (LLB, 2002) and Pennstate University Law Faculty, Energy and International Business Transactions Law (LLM, 20013). His doctorate studies regarding the energy contracts ongoing at Hacettepe University, Faculty of Law. He is also a part time lecturer of “Energy Law and Policy Course” in graduate studies department of Kadir Has University Law Faculty. Furthermore, İlker also contributes to the energy law related certificate programs of Bahçeşehir University, Hacı Bayram Veli University Law Faculty, Karatay University Law Faculty as a lecturer. İlker is also a member of editorial board of journal of the Energy Experts Association.
