We are proud to share that our Firm advised Hedef Filo on its acquisition, through its subsidiary TikTak, of 100% shares of Getir Araç, a Turkish car rental business, which was 75% owned by Getir Perakende (a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund Mubadala) and 25% owned by Çelik Motor (an Anadolu Group entity).

The Transaction was led by Corporate Partner Selahattin Kaya, with the support of associates Müge Atalay and Berk Uysal. Our partner Bora Ikiler together with senior associate Armanç Canbeyli and associates Aslı Ak, Elif Naz Semercioğlu and Melih Üyer also took part in the Transaction in relation to the competition law aspects.

Through this Transaction, Hedef Filo broadened its car rental business and its presence in this sector by becoming the sole shareholder of Getir Araç.
