Selçuk, successfully assisted Yıldız Holding on the signing of the Share Purchase Agreement related to the sale of 90% shares in its non-alcoholic beverage companies Della Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (Cola Turka), Bahar Su and İlk Mevsim Meyve Suları to the Japanese beverage company DyDo DRINCO for 335 million TRL.

Yıldız Holding is one of the largest food manufacturer in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa generating a turnover of USD 9,1 billion, with workforce of 48,000 people in 77 factories (25 of which are outside Turkey), reaching its consumers with 320 brands. Yıldız Holding’s product range includes biscuits, chocolate, confectionary, cooking oil, margarine, dairy products, instant foods, frozen foods, bread, meat products, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Founded in 1975, Japanese beverage company DyDO DRINCO is one of the leading players in the market. With a wide sales network including over 280,0000 vending machine, DyDO DRINCO offers a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages to consumers in Japan, a very developed market for vending machine business where the company holds the 3rd place. The group companies include Daido Pharmaceutical, the leading beverage manufacturer in Japan and also Tarami Corporation, a leading dry fruit jelly company in Japan. Products of DyDO DRINCO companies are sold through vending machine.
